In June 2022, Raynier committed to a grant of $1,000,000 to Thomas Jefferson University in support of the Jefferson College of Nursing – Dixon Campus.
With more than 100 years of experience, the Dixon School of Nursing has a proud history of providing high-level, forward-thinking nursing education in the local Abington, PA community. Now part of the Jefferson College of Nursing, the reimagined Dixon Campus serves as the local home for hundreds of nursing students each year, receiving the best possible training that directly translates into exceptional patient care.
The Raynier Institute & Foundation grant has a direct impact on nursing students, providing scholarship support to incoming cohorts that will aid in the recruitment and retention of new nurses in our local hospitals. In addition, support will be used to bolster programmatic and technological needs, ensuring that all Jefferson College of Nursing – Dixon Campus students have the cutting-edge resources they need to succeed in the current healthcare landscape.
